Section 59(b) in The Orissa Building and Others Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002
(b)(i)every derrick (other than derrick crane) is clearly marked for its safe working load when such derrick is used either in single purchase with a lower block or in union, purchases in all possible block positions.(ii)the lowest angle to the horizontal, to which the derrick may be used,is legibly marked;
