(4)Meaning of the Entire Original Magisterial Record: - The words "entire original Magisterial record" include an extract from the Diary, Register of Preliminary Enquiry, Police occurrence Reports, Mahazars, the Village Officers Reports,' and Proceedings (if any) before any Magistrate other than the Committing Magistrate, who may have dealt with the case, but do not include so much of the Magisterial Record as may have been incorporated in the Sessions Court record.
