At the expiration of every calendar year each District Delegate shall transmit to the Court of the District Judge all the original Wills in respect of which a grant has actually been made of Probate or Letters of Administration during the year, together with the register containing the copies thereof and the index and these shall then be preserved alongwith the Wills deposited in the District Court subject to the same rules as to custody, inspection, etc.II.
