(ii)Every retailer or street vendor selling or providing commodities in multilayered packaging or plastic sheets or like or covers made of plastic sheets which are not manufactured or labeled or marked in accordance with this bye-law shall be liable to pay such fines as specified in Schedule-I under the bye-law of the local body.
