Be that as it may, we extend two weeks' time to do the needful and to produce the PPO number of the petitioner in the court. In case of failure, the respondent no.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department and respondent no.2-Principal Accountant General, UT of J&K shall appear in person before this court on the next date of hearing.
