Section 8(2) in Jharkhand Excise (Country Liquor Manufacturing, Bottling and Storage) Rules, 2018
(2)When any addition or alteration to the plan of the plant approved by the Excise Commissioner is required to be made the licensee shall submit to the Excise Commissioner, through the Collector, a revised copy of the plan of the plant with a certificate from the Excise Officer-in-Charge of the plant as to its correctness.
