Learned counsel has relied upon the decision reported in (2005) 3 SCC 241 in support of his submission that the entire procedure adopted for examining the approval application under 33 (2) (b) has been made so elaborate so as to render the subsequent remedy useless. In that view of the matter, let there be a Notice for final disposal returnable on 17th July 2015.
