Section 3(2) in West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Act, 2008

(2)The State Government may, if it thinks necessary and deems fit, constitute regional commission by the name of the West Bengal Regional Madrasah Service Commission under the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission for such region as it may consider necessary or open its branch office, if necessary.
