Issue notice.

Mr. Sujoy Chatterjee, learned counsel who appears on caveat on behalf of respondent No.1, accepts and waives service of formal notice upon the said respondent.

Four weeks’ time is granted to file counter affidavit and four weeks’ time thereafter is granted to file rejoinder affidavit, if any.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed not to pursue the execution of award and the respondents are directed not to sell the property in question.
