33. Open area in respect of basement or cellar.
- Maximum covered area of the plot at the basement or cellar level in all kinds of buildings shall be as per provisions given below and the basement height above ground level shall not be counted towards height limitations :-| (a) | Residential buildings (plotted development). | ... | 50% of ground floor coverage. |
