- For the Management of works constructed for land development and other properties devolving on a Gaon Sabha under section 22 and the maintenance of the outlet system, carrying out.Osarabandi and implementation of physical works of land development and cropping pattern in the outlet command falling within the territorial jurisdiction of the Gaon Sabha, there shall be constituted a Jal Prabandh Samiti in the manner prescribed in rules made under section 110 of the U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947.
