Section 1 in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Act, 1971
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Haryana Prevention of Beggary Act, 1971.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Haryana.(3)It shall come into force in any area of the State, on such date or dates as the State Government may by notification appoint in this behalf for that area.
