Section 15 in The Maharashtra Non-Biodegradable Garbage (Control) Act, 2006
15. Delegation of powers. —
The State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act, except the power to make rules, may also be exercised, by such officer or authority, as may be specified therein.
