81. Penalty for breach of the provisions of this Act.
- Whoever contravences any of the provisions of this Act or any Rule, Regulation or bye-laws made or scheme sanctioned thereunder shall if no other penalty is provided for such contravention, be punishable-(a)with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees, and(b)in case of a continuing contravention, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees for each day after the first day during which the contravention continue.
