Section 87(1) in Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982
(1)If any person contravenes, or attempts to contravene, or abets the contravention of, any of the provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder, he shall be punished with fine, which may extend to [one thousand] [Substituted by Act No. 27 of 1987, w.e.f. 1-6-1987.] rupees and in the case of continuing contravention, with an additional fine which may extend to [two hundred] [Substituted by Act No. 27 of 1987, w.e.f. 1-6-1987.] rupees for every day during which such contravention continues after conviction for the first such contravention.
