Section 5(1) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(1)The persons desiring Transit Pass shall submit an application before the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer concerned in Form No. 4 duly specifying all the particulars prescribed therein.
