District, AP The Station House Officer, Narsapuram Rural Police Station Narsapuram, W.G.District, AP akwN Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with petitioners' life and liberty and harassing their family members by infringing their fundamental rights duly visiting their respective houses by insisting their presence and threatening them with dire consequences under the guise of investigation in FIR Nos.40/2021 and 41/2021 registered on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsapuram Rural Police Station, Narsapuram, W.G.District as highly illegal, arbitrary exercise of power, violative of fundamental rights as guaranteed under the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with petitioners' life and liberty IA NO: 1 OF 2021 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondent nos. 3 to 5 not to interfere with our life and liberty and also the life and liberty of our family members under the guise of investigation in FIR No.40/2021 and 41/2021 on the file of the 5" Respondent, pending disposal of WP 7181 of 2021, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI K CHIDAMBARAM Advocate for the Petitioners, and of GP FOR HOME for the Respondents, the Court made the following. ORDER:
"Learned Government Pleader for Home seeks time to obtain instructions. Post on 16-04-2021.
In the meanwhile, the investigation shall go on but no coercive steps against the petitioners".
