Section 19(1) in The Assam Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1960
(1)The competent officers of tire P.W.D., the Electricity Department and the Public Health Department having jurisdiction in the area shall make necessary inspections of the premises and the building in their respective spare of duty for the purpose of giving the prescribed certificates.
