- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of these regulations the Board may, by general or special order, do anything not being inconsistent with the provisions of the Act, which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulties.[Schedule I] [Inserted by Notification No. F.No. S-Admn/II/XI/2012, dated 10.4.2012 (w.e.f. 30.11.2007).]| Class of Individual Consultant | Qualifications | Experience |
