Section 4(2)(vii) in The Bihar State Bar Council Advocates' (Welfare) Pension Scheme, 2008

(vii)From donation amount of Rs. 5,000/- received from each of the candidates at the time of enrolment as an Advocate by the Bar Council. The admission fee payable by such candidate at the time of his admission to this pension scheme, shall be adjusted from this donation amount.
