Section 4(a) in The Rajasthan Industrial Housing Allotment Rules, 1957
(a)For Every meeting of the Managing Committee, the quorum shall be, besides the Chairman, one-half of the total number of members, subject to the condition that at least one representative of the workers and the employer shall be present.
