Section 14(1) in Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935
(1)If at any time appears to the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government that the Board is not properly performing the duties imposed upon it by or under this Act, the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may, after considering any explanation offered by the Board, by an order in writing specifying the reasons for so doing, dissolve the Board and direct that the vacancies shall thereupon be filled by election in respect of elected members and by appointment in respect of appointed members in the manner indicated above.
