Shri Shobhitaditya, learned counsel for the petitioner. Vide present petition, order-dated 13.7.2015 passed in an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 has been challenged mainly on the ground that Table No.1.17(c) relied on by the appellate authority is fictional and is not provided in the Tariff Order 2009-2010. However, there is no such averment to that effect in the petition.
Petitioner is permitted to amend the petition to said extent.
