Section 6(xvii) in The Punjab School Education Board (Submission of Books and their Approval) Regulations, 1979
(xvii)If the party submitting the entry has published any 'Help-Book' 'Guide' 'Notes' etc. parallel to the entry, its entry shall not be entertained for approval; and if a similar 'Help-Book' etc. is produced after the approval of the entry, the Board shall cancel the approval of that entry and may take such other action, as it may deem fit.
