Section 15(1) in Tamil Nadu Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(1)The Committee shall prepare a School Development Plan for every three year period comprising of three annual sub plans:Provided that the first such plan shall be prepared at least three months before the end of the financial year in which the Committee is first constituted under the Act.
