Section 15(2) in The Nationalised Banks (Management And Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1980
(2)If a member of a Committee constituted under clause 14 becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in clause 10, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office and thereupon such office shall become vacant.
