(2)The State Government, at its own initiative or on the application of the Authority may at any time, by a notification in the Official Gazette, revoke a scheme, if it is satisfied that under the special circumstances of the case, the scheme shall be so revoked.Provided that where revocation or modification is ordered by the State Government after partially or wholly implemented a scheme, compensation should be paid for the necessary alternation in the manner prescribed.
