2. Amendment of section 3.-
In the Andhra Pradesh (Kristina, Godavari and Pennar Delta Area) Drainage Cess Act, 1985 (Act 26 of 1985) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) in section 3, for the words "period, of five years", wherever they occur, the words "period of ten years" shall be substituted:
