Section 4(1) in The Pepsu Abolition of Ala Malikiyat Rights Act, 1954
(1)Any ala malik whose rights have been extinguished under section 3 may within twelve months from the appointed day, make an application to the Collector, in such form and manner as may be prescribed, for the determination of the amount of compensation payable to him.
