Section 253(1) in U.P. Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Rules, 2009
(1)The Chief Inspector may engage experts or agencies, as deemed necessary, from the fields of civil engineering, structure engineering, architecture, and other disciplines of occupational safety, health and environment as and when required for the purpose of conducting any inspection, investigation or enquiry into the cause of an accident or a dangerous occurrence or otherwise.
