Section 19(2) in Kerala Construction Workers' Welfare Fund Act, 1989
(2)The method of recruitment, salary and allowances, discipline and other conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer and the other officers and staff appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
