Section 11(2) in Bihar Gram Sabha (Co-ordination of meeting and Procedure for conduct) Rules, 2012
(2)It shall be the duty of the Block Development Officer or the Supervisor, appearing on his behalf, in the Gram Sabha to ensure that the secretary of the Gram Panchayat is recording the proceedings of the Gram Sabha in the prescribed manner on the same date of the meeting.
