Section 212(2) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(2)No Vikas Adhikari shall draw cash against GRE, State Insurance, Life Insurance, Income Tax deductions from salaries of employee. He shall get such cheques prepared alongwith salary bills in the name of Director State Insurance/G.P.E./Income Tax Officer/L.I.C. branch simultaneously and dispatch during first week of the month. Vikas Adhikari concerned shall be held personally liable for violation of such procedure.
