15. Appeal.
- Every appeal against the order made by the Regulating Authority under sub-section (2) of Section 3 shall be made to the Assistant Commissioner of Tax within a period of forty five days:Provided that an appeal against an order imposing penalty by an officer duly authorized shall not be made.
