Section 36(iii) in The M.P. Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Rules, 1976
(iii)fails or refuses to comply with an order under sub-rule (1) of Rule 35; shall be punishable with imprisonment which may extend to three years or with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees or with both.
