Section 28(1) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(1)If the applicant has sought the help of the Committee only for legal advice where no proceedings are pending or contemplated, the same procedure as provided in clauses 26 and 27 of the rules, shall be followed.
