Section 30(3) in Karnataka Janapada Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2011
(3)The Department of Studies in each faculty shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Dean of Faculty;(ii)the Director of Academics ;(iii)the Chairman of the Department;(iv)honorary Professors, if any, attached to the Department;(v)persons appointed to conduct Research in the Department;(vi)such other persons who are members of the Department as may be prescribed in the Ordinance.
