(b)in appropriate cases, to recommend filing of a criminal complaint and/or a disciplinary complaint before the concerned disciplinary authority governing the Respondent (including the concerned Bar Council) for taking appropriate action, and the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court may pass orders thereon subject to Regulation 12.
