/24/2003-LA. - An Act to make special provision for securing the establishment and orderly development of educational institutions, services and facilities in the State of Goa, in particular in the educational areas and educational estates, and to assist generally in the organisation thereof, and for that purpose to establish an Education Development Corporation, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Fifty-fourth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
