(8)A written notice of every meeting shall be sent by the Secretary or any other person authorised by the Chairperson of Senate in absence of Secretary to every member at least fifteen days before the date of the meeting mentioning therein the place, date and time of the meeting :Provided that the Managing Director may call a special meeting of the Senate at short notice of even less than fifteen days to consider urgent issues.
