Section 18(2) in U.P. Inspectors of Drugs Service Rules, 1980
(2)If a member of the service or his relation has or acquires any share or interest in the manufacture, purchase or sale (including export and import) of any drug in Uttar Pradesh, he (member of service) shall forthwith submit a detailed declaration about the same to the Government.
