Section 156 in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
156. List of creditors not to be varied.
- The list as certified by the Liquidator and filed in Tribunal shall be the list of the creditors of the LLP, and shall not be added to or varied except in accordance with orders of Tribunal. Where an order is made adding to or varying the list of creditors, the Liquidator shall amend the list in accordance with such order.
