% 21.02.2022 [Hearing Held Through Videoconferencing] EX.APPL.(OS) 204/2022 1 The Official Liquidator (OL) has filed the present application, inter alia, praying as under:
"(b) Grant permission / direction to file the status of all assets of the Judgment Debtor including the status of the assets of the companies in which the Judgment Debtor has any financial interest or financial asset in terms of order dated 01.12.2021, in a sealed; and"
2 Mr. Oberoi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that all the assets of the Judgment Debtor are financial assets and since it would be apposite for the applicant to also provide the realisable value of its assets, the applicant should be permitted to file the same in a sealed cover. He also states that it would be done within a period of one week from today. 3 The applicant shall comply with the order dated 01.12.2021 and file the status of all the assets, including the status of the companies in which the Judgment Debtor has any financial interest or financial assets, within a period of one week from today and further, state the value at which the said Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:Dushyant Rawal Signing Date:25.02.2022 assets are reflected in the books of account of the Judgment Debtor (Book Value) 4 In addition to the above, the applicant may file a statement indicating the fair value of the said assets in a sealed cover. 5 It is made abundantly clear that the statement of assets reflecting the book value shall not be filed in a sealed cover. 6 The application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
