Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks to quash the Complaint Case No. C.II 80 of 2013 which has been filed in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan by the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Siwan namely Dr. Chandra Sekhar Kumar under Section 23 read with Section 25 of of PC and PNDT Act and has been pending before the learned S.D.M. Siwan vide Trial No. 1709 of 2019.

Issue notice to the Opposite Party No. 2 by ordinary post as well as registered post with A/D for which requisites etc. must be filed within one week from today.

Put up after service of notice or appearance whichever is earlier.
