Section 5(i) in Telangana Panchayat Raj (Authority to dispose petitions in respect of Gram Panchayats, Mandal Praja Parishads and Zilla Praja Parishads) Rules, 2018
(i)At the time of presentation of the petition, the petitioner shall deposit with it in cash Rs.1000/- (Rupees One thousand only) as security for the costs of the same.
