Section 86(1) in Rajasthan Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2017
(1)Every notice to the holder of mineral concession, permit, contract etc. under these rules shall be given in writing in person or by registered post at the address recorded in lease deed, licence, permit or contract or such other address as may be, from time to time, intimated in writing by such person, to the authorities concerned having jurisdiction.
