(2)It is immaterial what form the policy takes, provided that it shall be on the life of the subscriber himself and shall (unless it is policy expressed on the face of it to be for the benefit of his wife, or of his wife and children, or any of them) be such as may be, legally assigned by the subscriber himself to the Government of Bihar.Explanation. - A policy may not be effected for the subscriber and his wife shall be deemed to be a policy of the subscriber himself for the purpose of this sub-rule.
