Section 24 in The West Bengal Backward Classes Development And Finance Corporation Act, 1995.
24. Expenditure from fund. -
The Corporation shall have power to spend such sums as it thinks fit on object authorised under this Act, and such sums shall be treated as expenditure payable out of the general fund of the Corporation or the funds referred to in sub-section (1) of section 23, as the case may be.
