The present application has been filed on behalf of applicant Om Prakash (respondent No.1) for the release of awarded amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. The appeal preferred by the appellants has been partly allowed and the amount awarded by the learned District Judge was reduced by this Court from Rs.3038 per centiare to Rs. 2700 per centiare, vide order dated 18th December, 2019. The appeal stands finally disposed of and no further appeal/revision has been preferred against the said order.
Learned counsel for the appellants/non-
applicants has raised no objection, in case the present application is allowed.
In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the awarded amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court be released alongwith up-to-date ::: Downloaded on - 27/08/2022 20:02:53 :::CIS interest in favour of the applicant, after proper verification .
and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details of which have been mentioned in the prayer clause of the application.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
