3. Applications have been filed on behalf of the appellant, North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) seeking modification of the interim orders passed by this Court whereby 50 per cent of the decretal amount was directed to be deposited as a condition for stay of the impugned judgment.
4. Counsel for the appellant seeks direction for modification of the interim order to the extent that the stay may be granted subject to deposit of 25 per cent of the decretal amount.
